Tomato Soup Salad(A Camp Gourmet Favorite)

Howdy'all,

For summertime here's a tasty cool "cool" :cool: soup!


Ingredients & Directions:

• 2 pkg lemon Jello
• 2 cups hote water- Mix & let stand until syrupy.
• Meanwhile, warm 1 can tomato soup & add 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, Mix until smooth.
• Add: 2 cups chopped celery, 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion, and 1 cup of mayo.

Mix together lemon jello and tomato soup and the rest of ingredients.
Pour into individual serving bowls. Garnish with sliced green olives if desired.
