Labelling Foil Packs

Hello,

I'm bringing a group of youth out for some camping. One night we are going to cook foil packs. With over 30 foil packs on the fire, inevitably many get mixed up and some of the kids get mad because they don't have the one they made and ingredients are different. In the past we've labelled the foil packs using a sharpie. After labeling a few foil packs, sharpies stop writing well on the foil and usually get smudged by ash.
Could you recommend a better way to label our foil packs ?

The only thing that comes to mind is getting some BBQ hi temp paint, (in a liquid can as opposed to spray can).....either way paint their initials on the top of the pack....or make a tag from foil and attach it with the name on it.
