That is a Dexter wheel with a 4 x 9.44" bolt pattern, and they were available in 13", 14", and 15". They are now obsolete, but there are still a lot of them out there on older trailers. A couple of times Dexter has done a production run of replacement wheels, but they dry up fast.

If there are currently any new ones available, Six Robblees would be your best bet. If they do have any, be prepared for sticker shock. Very likely over $100 each, plus shipping.

Used ones show up on Craigslist occasionally, and you might try checking all of the tire shops in your area. You might even find an old trailer that's ready for the scrap yard that has a set on it. You might be able to buy the whole trailer for less than what you'll pay for the wheels, IF you could find any.
