Okay, I'll be happy to start this one off! We are camping up at Hilltop CG at Mt. Charleston. The elevation is 8600', ponderosa trees, cool breeze, and a short trip to get away from it all down here in the hot desert valley. It will be nice! I'm headed out to Lake Benbrook in the DFW area next weekend. Yeah I know it's not very far out,but the rest of the group(8 of us total) wants to be close. This way they can get off work, head to the campsite,set up and be relaxing in an hour. We went to Possum Kingdom Lake in June when it got up to 109 all weekend! Just keep the cold beverages flowing and you'll be allright.Comment
