  • Winter: Grand Canyon South Rim

    Howdy,
How often can a person camp at the Mather Campground on the south rim of the majestic Grand Canyon for $15.00 a night? $8.00 if you are a holder of the Disabled Veteran Access Pass or Senior Pass. Weather during Christmas week is snow, highs in the low 40s and nights in the low twenties, elevation 7000'. We're going and tent camping, even if I'm stuck between two rvs, it is still the Grand Canyon!!! If you are there and you run your generaor during quiet hours, thats the quickest way to meet this generator hater! Thanks for looking and happy holidays!

    WINTER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Mather Campground will begin self registration by machine starting 5 PM on November 21, 2009. Credit/debit cards accepted.
