  • 20# propane tank holder.

    I saw this at a farmers market today and thought that was a good idea. I am gonna steal this idea from the food vendor.
    This will make it harder to knock over. Especially good if you use a buddy heater

    I've been doing that since I got my first tank. My grandfather built a square box years ago so the tank wouldn't roll around in his truck. My uncle used a milk crate and it fit nice and tight. It wasn't too hard to get a real milk crate. I went by the local milk distributor and asked if they had one for sale. He told me pull around back and gave me a dozen. I still have those same crates. I use the rest to sort camping gear. I like the fact they are stackable and free.

      Great idea! Thanks this will come in handy for transporting and hauling to and from camp-site! Ya taught this old dog a new trick!

        Big Lots often has the folding milk crates with a collapsing handle
