3 day camping trip

My boys and I (ages 13 and 11) have gone on short 1 night trips before, but we are planning our first 3 night trip around 100 miles from home or so....my question is if anyone can provide me a good camping supplies checklist to go buy? Thanks for your help!!!

Not a lot of extra 'camping supplies' to get, other than more food, and make sure to have enough water.
The big thing for a multiday campout is to have enough activities and things to keep the kids occupied. Bored kids will make for Camping Hell.

I'd go for an area with an extensive 'nature trail', a swimming hole, canoeing, etc. Wear the little darlings out during the day, then you'll have a smoother night.

Maybe take along plant, bird and animal ID books, make a game of looking for and identifying them. Practice fire-making (if the kids are old enough), and other woods-skills!
