Another point in favor of Winter over Summer - better sleep. Gosh! I sleep so great in cooler temps. And, since the campgrounds have less people, there typically aren't rowdy groups partying into the wee hours.

I camp year round because I like to fly fish and some of the best fishing is in late fall/winter/early spring. I leave the woman home because she doesn’t like cold weather and I would rather not hear her complain, she doesn’t fish. :rolleyes:
