Hello everyone. New to the camping world. Been doing a lot of reading. I would like to get a new tent. Its a family of 4 so been looking into 5 or 6 person tent. I will mainly be camping in Florida. So I want something that will have good ventilation on the hot days but keep out the rain. My issue with some of the better quality tents is that the fly seems to go all the way down. And ventilation would be limited. I see the eureka sunrise has a smaller fly and more ventilation then others like kelty rail ridge 6, mamort limestone 6, or the big agnes. I know they are better quality but not sure how much ventilation it will have. Some say you need to go outside and pull up fly.. But then privacy would be limited. If it starts to rain you need to run outside and pull fly down. I guess I want the best of both worlds. What do you all think???
