12V power cord.

Last year we found that it was annoying having to park the van so close to the tent to inflate our rather large air mattress inside the tent.
Had to park close enough so that the power cord for the 12V air pump would reach the power outlet in the van.
I was going to make one until I found one in Canadian Tire Auto supply store..............a 10 or 12 foot extension specifically for 12V power products.

You can make it yourshelf without searching the market. You get a standard cable, a piece of 2 wire cable (as long as you like it), cut the 12V cord, and extended.
Make sure that the connections are insulated.

i put a port in the back of my car and made a 20 ft cord, works great! just watching dvds at night in the tent.
and just got a new 34/78 battery. biggest that would fit in my smart.
