i have 2 of these plastic storage trunks,

were actually free to me, dont know if i would pay the $35
keep hard camp gear in them in the shed, then just throw them in the jeep or 2 fit nicely in my roof basket,
if car camping they are sturdy enough to be used as seats with your camp gear handy.
being plastic they are also fairly light.
