Tent sale?

Hey,
Wanting to buy my new tent. I think I have it picked out--------LOL-----------
Just wondering if there is a time of year they will go on sale? So far I am not finding any discounts. REI does have 20% off for members on 1 single item so that may work.
Anything else?

Make sure you join REI before you buy your tent. That way you get the 20% off. I got a 15% coupon when I joined. I got an email that the REI near me will be having a garage sale in late Oct.

Yea I am a member of REI so that 20% does sound good. I am interested in a Marmot Limelight 4. I thought I wanted a Limelight 3 but sense I will be car camping I think I have decided on the Limelight 4. It is just me and my dog but I think I will like the extra room.
