2 Pancho tent lavvu

I've just purchased a polish military Pancho tent. It don't come with an instruction manual. I tried putting it together but I see where a lot of water will come in.
Does anybody have a manual or know how to assemble it? And any suggestions on water proofing. I seen a few on YouTube but the more the merrier.

I checked out a couple of videos and, the best I can tell, you need two ponchos to properly make the tent.

Seems Mcgyver is right. takes two ponchos to make a usable shelter
