ALPS Mountaineering Edge 6 or Mountainsmith Conifer 5+ Person 3 Season tent or OTHER?

Anyone have any experience with either of these two?

or any other suggestions in < $300 price rance

No experience with those specific tents, but I have to say, as much as I like ALPS products in general, The Conifer looks like the better deal here. Might be a little harder to set up because it has more poles, but more poles means a more stable tent in severe weather. The pole configuration on the Conifer also appears to push the walls to more vertical than the Edge meaning more living space.
