I don't subscribe to any threads. I usually click New Posts or maybe last 24 hour posts. I could have sworn that it took me straight to the new post. The View First Unread helps.

I noticed the quick reply works now, used to have to click the "Reply to Thread" button.

It'll take some getting used to, but I did like the old colors better.
I know it takes a lot of work to upgrade a forum, I appreciate all that you do here John John!

We'll see how the colors go. The moderator does way more than I do.

Under the old format signing in was a one click operation. Cursor to the sign-in box and I would click the R key and my user name and password showed up immediately. Now when signing in it's a two click process. One click for the username, then move the cursor over to the password space and click there and my password would be filled in by 'puter memory. Can you fix that to only have one click?:confused:

Do you use the "remember me" check box? I never sign in.

If you don't have cookies turned off in your browser then you can start with the user name then use the TAB key for password, and ENTER when complete. I am using Apple's Safari browser, at least that's the set-up in that browser.

Oops! Okay you win! It works great now...don't have to sign in either! Thanks! I'm using Firefox on a PC not a Mac.

There is a 'feature' that I noticed that another forum has that I frequent....and it is highly undesirable.

You have to wait 15 seconds between forum searches. Drives me nuts!

Is there any way that can be changed? Pretty please?

They only show up in the first and last post on each page. The forum software alone is about $175 a year + server space and maintenance. The revenue they generate pays for about 1/2 of the annual costs.

I wish there was another way to generate some revenue.

I voted to love it as I will get used to the changes, but lime green ????? It is as odd as the olive drag BMW Z car i followed yesterday.
