Scranton Area Hikes/Sites

I'm heading out to Promised Land State Park outside of Scranton, PA over Labor Day. Does anyone have any experience camping or hiking in that area? Any suggestions for places to visit or ways to specifically spend my time out in the wilderness?

I love this campground there is a lot to do we fish/canoe go to Claws & Paws zoo visit the candle/candy factorys and there is a nice coal mine and great trails just verry rocky. We stay in the lower lake area it's wooded and not as open
