  • Cedar Breaks National Monument, Utah

    Howdy,
Check out this link for a possible camping trip to a splendid National Monument and close to Zion National Park by 1 1/2 hours if Zion is jam-packed(it is during the summer). At 10,350' it's cool during the daylight hours and even cooler during the night. The campground is pleasant and usually not too crowded.

      Howdy John,
It is...it's a little crowded; one circle that is shared by tent and rv alike. But very pleasant! No host campground but the nps people keep the restroom(flush toilets) very clean. There are plenty of great views of Cedar Breaks and trails too! Bryce National Park is 1 1/2 hours away and Zion is really more like two hours away. Last year I did a spot on Duck Creek which is 1/2 hour away. Perhaps I shall revisit Duck Creek again in some up-coming threads. What does Georgia offer? Thanks for your kind words.
